You are an infinite existence beyond your imagination. Let’s say the infinite you as “0 self”.
“0 self” got an idea of interesting play.
“0 self” divided itself to an infinite number of selfs and gave a character to each of them.
It is as if you set characters in a drama.
“0 self” set that “divided selfs” recognize each other as different existeces.
You on the earth are one of “divided selfs” .
Your family members and friends are so too.
You as “divided selfs” were born from your parents on the earth, were given your name, and are living now. You have your own character setting. You have personality and taste, which are different from other people and specific to only you.
Then, “0 self” starts the game. It is the game that “divided selfs” go back to original “0 self”.
For going back to “0 self”, you “divided selfs” need to know where is “0 self”. For that, “0 self” is keep sending a signal to you. You can feel the signal as feeling of “joy & excitement” in your physical body. By following feeling of “joy & excitement” and taking action, you can get closer to origanl “0 self”.
For making the game more fun, “0 self” created another interesting setting.
“0 self” set you negative character which try to go opposite from direction to “0 self”.
However, when you go to the opposite direction, you feel negative emotion and you can realize that you are on the opposite direction. (In fact, negative emotion doesn’t exist. However, because the word is generally usedm I use the word. Negative emotion includes fear, sadness, guilt, shame, regret, etc.)
You can find your negative beliefs that configure your negative character by clue of negative emotions. When you realizing negative beliefs and letting them go, your negative emotion disappears and your negative character disappears.
Therefore, you feel easier to take action by following joy & excitement and become easier to proceed to “0 self” .
